What can I study at University with my HNC/HND?
The University welcomes applications from students who have previously studied HNC and HND qualifications at College and understand that you need as much information as possible to make an informed decision about your future. These web pages are designed to illustrate the most common pathways into University and answer the most frequently asked questions you may have. The University encourages and supports HNC/HND students to articulate into our degrees which means you can typically gain advanced entry to year 2 of a degree with a suitable HNC and year 3 with a suitable HND (some courses offer different years of entry). If you do not see a HNC/D or degree programme in our Pathways Brochure, this means the University does not have an articulation pathway. However, it may still be possible to use your HNC/HND as an entry qualification to start in year 1 of a degree. Please contact us by email to investigate further.
