This free information session for students, parents and guidance counselors will be delivered by Professor William Naphy (Dean for North American Affairs, University of Aberdeen) and Alice McCallum (Student Recruitment Officer, University of Oxford).
Light refreshments will be served from 6.00pm, and the program will begin at 6.30pm. There will be a reception for Counselors beforehand - please contact paul.mcbean@abdn.ac.uk if you wish to attend this.
In this session we will will cover applying to university in England and Scotland, and will outline some of the distinctive features of the teaching and learning environments offered at the Universities of Oxford and Aberdeen. This session will not cover graduate programs.
This event is aimed at those considering undergraduate study at Aberdeen or Oxford University, who intend to start their studies in Autumn 2019 or 2020. We warmly welcome teachers, guidance counselors, and parents/guardians to attend too.
