Entry Requirements

Undergraduate: The Cambridge Overseas Higher School Certificate is considered similar to A-levels so please see A-level requirements.

Otherwise, applicants will be required to take a Foundation Year before progressing to an Undergraduate degree. For more information, see our International Study Centre’s website here: https://www.aberdeen-isc.ac.uk/ 

Postgraduate: We would typically require a Master's Degree from a well ranked institution for entry to our postgraduate programme.

• 2:1 = Masters qualification with score of 70%/A/Marginal Distinction from a well ranked institution
• 2:2 = Masters qualification with score of 60%/B/Bare Distinction from a well ranked institution

- Exceptions

• Please note that applicants applying for Postgraduate Business degrees will need to apply for advanced entry to an Undergraduate programme or take a pre-Master's programme before progressing to a Master's degree. • For MTh Ministry Studies, applicants with a Bachelors degree may be considered
• In some instances, applicants with a Bachelor in Engineering, Bachelor in Medicine / Surgery, or Doctor in Veterinary Medicine may be considered.
