Description
Please note, this scholarship is available for students registered for on-campus programmes delivered at our Law School in Aberdeen.
The Law School Merit Scholarship offers £5,000 towards tuition fees to support two postgraduate students from any country through a one-year full-time on-campus Master of Laws (taught) programme at the University of Aberdeen. One award will go to a student commencing studies in September 2024 and the second award will go to a student commencing studies in January 2025.

Eligibility
The scholarship is open to any full-time on-campus LLM starting in September 2024 or January 2025.
Law
To be considered for the Law School LLM Merit Scholarship you will need to have applied to the University of Aberdeen for a place on a one-year full-time on-campus Master of Laws (taught) programme starting in September 2024 or January 2025. To be awarded a scholarship you must receive and then firmly accept an offer of a place on a Master of Laws (taught) degree programme.
Criteria
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit.

To apply, please email your most recent C.V., two academic references and a statement supporting your merit for receiving this award to law-pg-enquiries@abdn.ac.uk. Please include your LLM Application number.
The closing date for applications to September 2024 starters is Sunday 30 June 2024 and for January 2025 starters, the closing date is Sunday 27 October 2024.
