It is really important that we are aware of, and are looking after, our wellbeing and mental health throughout our lives. Starting good habits and learning useful skills now will benefit you throughout your life and future career. 

Through consultation with students through the Student Mental Health Agreement, students said they wanted easier access to wellbeing mental health resources and development opportunities.

Below we have compiled a student learning and development page with access to lots of varied online learning materials and resources for you to explore in different areas.
