Mental Health Awareness Week is happening from 12–18 May, and this year’s theme is Community. We’re shining a light on the importance of connection – because when we feel we belong, are supported through tough times, and share a sense of purpose, our mental health benefits.

How will you prioritise your wellbeing this week? Maybe it’s spending time with friends, attending a local event, joining a group or club, or building your resilience and understanding of mental health, there are suggestions below for inspiration.
