Dr. Monika Gostic Announced as Speaker at Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival

Dr. Monika Gostic, a Teaching Fellow in IMS and an award-winning nutritionist and advocate for chronic disease prevention through lifestyle medicine, has been announced as a speaker for the highly anticipated Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival.

The event will take place in Aberdeen, bringing together leading experts in health, fitness, and wellness to share their knowledge and inspire the community.

Dr. Gostic, known for her Balanced, Authentic, Deserving (B.A.D.) philosophy, will speak on the critical role of lifestyle medicine in preventing and managing chronic conditions. Her approach integrates nutrition, movement, and stress management, offering sustainable, natural solutions that have already transformed the lives of many.
