We are looking for 2 student assistants (interns) to work on a research project that has been awarded funding by the University of Aberdeen’s Learning and Teaching Enhancement Programme.
- The student assistants (interns) will be working on a selected project for a period of 10 weeks.
- There will be 6 hours of work undertaken in each week of the projects.
- Hours are flexible and can be undertaken to suit the student assistant (intern) (apart from initial training and meetings with project leaders).
- Gives good experience in undertaking research. Training on specific research skills needed will be provided.
- You can contribute to publications and outcomes related to the project.
- Week 1 – Training (on ethical considerations, research methods and overall project): 6 hours
- Weeks 2-8 – Work on data collection, analysis, and organisation: 42 hours
- Weeks 9-10 – Final analysis and involvement in development of outcomes: 12 hours
- Follow up work – 2 hours
