Dear student,
Following positive progress in national talks between the University College Union (UCU) and the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA), I am pleased to let you know that strike action has been paused for the next two weeks.
This means your classes will go ahead as normal on 21, 22, 23, 27, 28 February and 1,2 March – which had previously been identified as strike days.
This is a positive development, and I will keep you updated on further developments with regard to the ongoing negotiations.
