All members of the University taking part in the Procession should wear dark clothes and (if entitled to do so) academic dress, with gentlemen wearing white bow ties. Ede & Ravenscroft have been appointed as the University's official robe suppliers and will provide staff with academic dress without charge providing the order is placed before the deadline.
If you wish to order academic dress, please indicate your requirements on the form linked above.
It is necessary for me to know by 25 October 2024 how many will be attending the ceremonies to enable us to place the staff gown order in sufficient time to avoid staff being charged for the hire of their robes. Your cooperation in completing the form by this date will be very much appreciated.
An email will be sent with further details nearer the time.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Emma Tough
Assistant Registrar
