Join us for a soul-nourishing evening with the Yoga Society! Starting with a rejuvenating 45-minute yoga session led by our experienced instructor. Stretch, breathe, and find your centre.

After our practice, we'll share tea, coffee, and biscuits while engaging in a thought-provoking discussion on cultural appropriation in yoga. Explore the roots of this ancient practice and it's modern interpretations.

You'll then immerse yourself in a soothing sound meditation, leaving you refreshed and inspired.
