Adjustments in recruitment and the workplace: your rights

This session will focus on making sure students with all types of disabilities are given the adjustments they need. This will ensure that they are on a level playing field in order to fully excel throughout the recruitment process and ultimately into the workplace. The session will further give an overview of the Equality Act, the duty of the employer to give adjustments, and what constitutes a ‘reasonable’ adjustment.
