The University Counselling Service offers self esteem workshops to learn more about low self esteem and how it can affect various parts of your life.
Do you suffer with low self esteem or feel you aren’t good enough? Perhaps you are scared to experience new things. Low self esteem can affect your life in many ways.
During this workshop you will explore the theory of what Low self esteem means, where it stems from and how it affects various parts of your life.
It is both a psychoeducational and experiential workshop aimed at helping you develop your understanding of low self esteem as well as providing you with some practical tools to help you build your self esteem.
The workshop will be delivered by Rhona and Namrata, two of the University’s experienced qualified counsellors.
