How to build and demonstrate Resilience

Resilience is a skill employers value and seek in today's graduates. Careers today require individuals who are able to cope with challenging and difficult situations in a continuously changing job market. But how can you build and demonstrate this to employers when you apply for a job or during an interview? How would employers like you to share evidence of that skill? This session will explore why this skill is attractive to employers and how you can showcase it.
