You could take part in Run Garioch on 11 May with the University of Aberdeen for free! ASV is delivering training seminars for members.
Enter the prize draw for a free race of your choice - 5k, 10k, or half marathon by Tuesday 18 February.
Transport will be available from Old Aberdeen (spaces are limited).
If you do not plan to run you can also volunteer.
