After the fantastic response to the Lunar New Year specials, the Food Court in the Students' Union Building, will have a new rotating specials menu!
Every five weeks, will bring a selection of traditional Pan-Asian dishes, showcasing bold flavours and authentic recipes.
Get ready to explore new flavours and exciting dishes, starting with the following selection available from Monday 10 - Friday 14 February at Rocksalt Food Court.
• Dong Po Rou (东坡肉) – A rich and tender braised pork belly, slow-cooked in a fragrant blend of soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and rock sugar for a melt-in-the-mouth texture and deep, caramelised flavour. A true Chinese classic.
• Chicken Lo Mein – Stir-fried egg noodles tossed with succulent chicken, crisp vegetables, and a savoury garlic-soy sauce, bringing you the perfect balance of flavour and texture in every bite.
• Vegan Thai Green Curry – A fragrant and creamy coconut curry, packed with fresh vegetables, tofu, and aromatic Thai herbs, finished with a hint of lime and served with steamed rice. A comforting and flavourful plant-based favourite.”
