The Digital Skills Team invite you to our new series of online workshops designed to equip you with skills and techniques to make your working life easier.
In this interactive workshop we will explore the impact of digital technologies on wellbeing. We will reflect on some of the positive and negative impacts of technology. We will explore strategies for balancing online and offline activities and for dealing with information overload. We will also look at some technologies that can help us be organised, manage our time, and hopefully improve everyone’s digital wellbeing.
