STUDENT APPEALS AND COMPLAINTS FORM
PART C: Request for an Appeal Panel Hearing
To be completed by: Any student who considers that their appeal, case to a Disciplinary/Students’ Progress or Fitness to Practise Committee has not been satisfactorily dealt with, and who wishes to take their concerns further.
Part C appeals will be considered by a Grounds to Proceed panel who will determine whether there are any grounds for your case to proceed to a panel hearing on the basis of procedural error, bias or prejudice.
The form should be submitted to either your Case Officer directly for ongoing cases or academicservices@abdn.ac.uk. Please attach documents directly rather than via SharePoint as we are unable to open that format.
