Delivery & Collection Times 

Mail will be delivered to departments from 9am. 

Mail is collected from various buildings across the University between 7.30am and 12pm.

Outgoing mail is collected at 2.30pm from the following buildings:

• Zoology 
• The Students' Union Building
• St Mary's
• Meston
• Fraser Noble
• Crombie Annex
• Edward Wright
• The Admin (University Office) Mail Room

Please Note: Porters in Taylor, Regent, KCC and buildings along the High St will uplift mail at 3pm. Outgoing mail can be handed in to the Mail Room at any time up to 4pm.
