If you are a victim

It is important that you contact the police immediately giving them as much information as possible.

• Describe the perpetrator, including details such as age, height, hair colour and length, clothing, and distinguishing features
• If a car was involved, note the registration number, model and colour
• Take the name and address of any witnesses
• Always ask the police for your crime number to support any insurance claim
