Jim Saunders (VIAS) is the Senior Lead Consultant.
He provides leadership in key elements of the programme, including the delivery of job coaching to Interns during their placements, engaging with local employers to develop external internships/job opportunities and supporting the progression of interns into work.

Clare Northfield (VIAS) is the Lead Consultant (Administration).
She is responsible for providing administrative/secretarial support to contribute to the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the DFN Project SEARCH programme in Aberdeen.

Heather Crabb (University of Aberdeen) is the Business Liaison/Employer Partner Co-ordinator.
She is the key point of contact between the programme and the University, identifying Internship opportunities, ensuring the provision of facilities to support the programme, promoting Project SEARCH across the University and participating in the ongoing development and evaluation of the programme.

Ann Brodie (NESCol) is the Project SEARCH Tutor.
Ann works with the interns, teaching the City & Guilds Employability Programme, which focusses on getting them prepared for the work place, as well as working with them on their IT skills.
