Key Cutting

All new or replacement keys required for use in University buildings and offices must be requested from Estates & Facilities. Please complete our Key Cutting Form and return it and a copy of the key required, via internal mail to:

Estates & Facilities, Bedford Road Yard Offices, Bedford Road, Old Aberdeen

If you do not have a copy of the key, or if you need a RUKO or ASSA key, please contact your building's Clerk of Works.

Keys can take a few days to be cut with some keys potentially taking longer. We have a courier service going to the locksmith every Tuesday and Thursday.
