This page contains data relating to cases progressed under our Code of Practice on Student Discipline (non-academic). It will be updated quarterly from 1 August 2023 with the number of cases which have concluded during that period. A case is regarded as concluded when it has progressed through all 4 stages of the Code, and any appeal routes have been exhausted.
It is important to remember that the University does not investigate criminal matters and as a result we do not record information relating to criminal offences or use language consistent with the criminal justice process. We can only provide information on misconduct cases that are formalised under the Code.
Historic data during the operation of our previous Code (in force until 31 July 2023 inclusive) is available on this spreadsheet.
Data from the 2023/24 Academic Year is available on this spreasheet.
