Charlie Ball is Head of Labour Market Intelligence for JISC and has 20 years’ experience in the graduate labour market.
Charlie produces, analyses, interprets and disseminates complex data, mainly Labour Market Information (LMI) and data around the interactions between university skills supply and economic and social demand, particularly at a local and regional level. Charlie writes on careers issues for mainstream and specialist press and regularly briefs journalists across the media on graduate job issues. Charlie is a member of research advisory committees for AGCAS and the ISE and of steering groups for HESA and the ONS. He is also a Fellow of the National Institute of Career Education and Counselling (NICEC) and a Visiting Fellow at Manchester Metropolitan University.
