Welcome Lunch for Researchers New to Aberdeen

Your Professional Development

Under the Researcher Development Concordat Research Fellows are entitled to 10 days of development time each year (pro rata). This is an opportunity for you to plan your professional development, in conversation with your Principal Investigator, to ensure that you have the skills and experience to progress. This is likely to be combination of courses, self-directed learning, participation in committees or forums, engagement and impact activities, as well as involvment in discipline-specific training, conferences, scholarly societies, writing and networking.
