You told us what you think of IT services in this year’s IT Survey - now see the results online!
In March this year, we invited you to tell us what you think about the services we provide by taking part in our annual user survey.
1009 members of staff and 863 students participated and the results are now on the IT Services website.
So, overall, how did we perform?
When we asked you ‘How do you rate your satisfaction with IT services overall?’, 80% of you told us you were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’, a slight decline from last year’s 82%. We are, however, delighted that this is the first year since the survey began that the levels of staff satisfaction have been green across the board. It’s also reassuring to hear that 43% of you believe our services have improved over the past year.
When we asked students the same question, 84% told us they were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’, a significant increase from last year’s 77%, and 45% believe our services have improved over the past year. These results show a continuing upward trend in student satisfaction.
