BBC Scotland Radio Feature - Asian people and the Referendum

BBC Scotland Radio is producing a feature with a focus on Asian voters in Scotland/people of Asian descent who live in Scotland and can vote here, and are seeking volunteers to take part in the programme.

It is thought that increasingly Asian voters are thought to be turning more to the SNP side, when they have traditionally tended to vote Labour.  The SNP has reportedly put significant effort into recruiting new Asian members, and opinion polls have shown Scotland's Asian community is disproportionately likely to vote SNP. Although the above link focusses on Muslims in Scotland, the BBC are interested in hearing about the Asian diaspora as a whole in Scotland where possible.
