Dear colleague, The Student Union Building (SUB) at Old Aberdeen has closed temporarily to allow a fault in the fire alarm system to be repaired. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but the safety of students and staff is paramount. The SUB will reopen as soon as the fire alarm is fixed. Until then sandwiches and snacks are available in the Sir Duncan Rice Library cafe and from tomorrow hot lunches will be on offer at MacRobert. Services normally delivered from the building have been moved to online delivery with some in-person provision moved to alternative locations as appropriate. Students requiring access to support services should email student.support@abdn.ac.uk. The Bear Essentials Shop is also closed meantime, but gifts, clothing and merchandise are still available through the online shop. I will update you as soon as I can. Best wishes Tracey |
