Update on the power outage affecting some campus buildings
Dear colleagues,
We are currently dealing with a power outage affecting several buildings at our Old Aberdeen campus. The affected buildings are:
- Rocking Horse Nursery (closed until further notice)
- Crombie Halls, including the Postgraduate Research School, Interdisciplinary Hub and Bishop’s Table
- King’s Hall accommodation block
Estates staff are working to resolve the issue and contact is being made with service/building users to provide relevant advice.
Any members of staff planning to use the facilities in these buildings today are advised to make alternative arrangements where it is possible to do so, liaising with your line manager where necessary.
We will aim to provide a further update in due course and students have been notified.
