Take a break and relax with a Shiatsu session! Launching during BeWell and Inclusion Week, book your session via the link below.

Shiatsu is hands-on body treatment originating in Japan which literally translates to “finger pressure”. It follows similar principles to acupuncture, using pressure points throughout the body to facilitate self-healing through beneficial effects on the body’s nervous, circulatory and respiratory systems. It can be used to treat conditions on a physical, mental or emotional level, or merely as a session for relaxation. In the UK, Shiatsu is regulated by the Shiatsu Society where further information can be found.

The sessions will be provided by Jennifer Wardle, a final year Shiatsu student and staff member at the University, who is training to become a Shiatsu practitioner.

This block of sessions is currently full however we are hoping to be able to provide more sessions soon.
