Join us for this important annual Act of Remembrance

University Chaplain Rev Marylee Anderson will lead this special commemorative service, Rev’d Dr Andrew Wakeham-Dawson (Retired Group Captain RAF Lossiemouth) will preach, and the service will be accompanied by music from the University of Aberdeen Chapel Choir. 

Please note, this service will not be ticketed. Instead, the chapel will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats are likely to be in high demand so please arrive in good time.

The service will begin at 10:50am sharp and last for roughly 1 hour, please ensure you are seated by 10:35am.

Following the service, all guests are welcome to gather outside next to the King's Lawn in front of Elphinstone Hall, to view the Aberdeen Universities Officer Training Corps and East of Scotland Universities Air Squadron parade and cadet inspection accompanied by the Aberdeen UOTC Drums and Pipes.

This will be followed by tea and coffee served in Elphinstone Hall. All are welcome.

This event is FREE, no booking required.
