Discover the vast world of science with Aberdeen Science Centre on Saturday, 19th March 2022 as we celebrate British Science Week. Discovery Day will give you the chance to stop-by local scientists and organisation’s activity stalls as you explore 60+ interactive exhibits.
There’s a chance to get involved in chemistry activities, from making your own slime to setting off your own volcanoes!
For those channelling their wild side you can create your own nature headband, learn all about tree-mendous trees and how to protect wildlife in our region.
Find out more about climate change through hands-on activities and try build our own sustainable meal!
This event is being supported by various volunteers and organisations including Science Aberdeen, Duthie Park Rangers, RSPB, University of Aberdeen and STEM Ambassadors.
