We would like to invite all alumni, students, staff, supporters and friends to attend our Carol Service Watch Party.

The Carol Service Watch Party will take place on Wednesday 16 December from 7.30pm-8.30pm. This wonderful celebration has been pre-recorded on campus and we hope that you'll join us so we can all watch it together.

Organised in partnership with the University Chaplaincy Centre and the Music Department, pour yourself a glass of mulled wine (or your preferred alternative) and watch a series of musical performances from members of the University Chapel Choir, readings from alumni Shane Strachan and Anne Whittaker, as well as a reading in British Sign Language by Rev Mary Whittaker. We will also hear messages and prayers from our Principal and Vice-Chancellor Professor George Boyne, The Reverend Canon Dr Stephen Evans, Rev David Hutchison and Rev Marylee Anderson.

Sadly, this will be our first year without our annual Celebration of Carols in London or our local service in Aberdeen; however, we hope that we can come together in a virtual space to celebrate the festive season. We look forward to connecting with our Aberdeen family across the world.

As with our other events, this evening is free to join but we are currently raising funds to purchase new e-books to provide students with the resources they need to complete their studies as part of our Christmas Appeal 2020. If you would like to find out more and make a donation please click here.

Online registrations have now closed. If you would like to attend this event please email us on alumni@abdn.ac.uk and we will register you.

This recording will also be available to view afterwards if you are not able to join us.
