Aberdeen welcomes delegates from overseas and throughout Scotland to see how ScAN can best help the Scottish Academic community develop further links with Arctic nations.

An ECR travel bursary may still be available for up to £150. This is intended to support ECRs wanting to attend the ScAN meeting and the Arctic Frontiers Abroad meeting the following day. Details on how to apply for the bursary are on the ScAN website.

Earlier this year ScAN made an award of 10 travel grants for Early Career Researchers from five different Scottish UArctic member universities. This included participation in conferences, Arctic leadership courses, research visits and workshops.
