The seminar is part of a pilot project run by Kappitel, Stavanger's International Festival of Literature and Freedom of Speech. The project aims to bring discussions about relations between industry and the arts to cities and regions in the North Atlantic including Aberdeen, Reykjavik and Nuuk.
