We are pleased to announce the opening of registration for the inaugural Folklore, Ethnology, and Ethnomusicology Conference (Aberdeen). Registration fees include refreshments and dinner on Friday, 4 July 2014, as well as refreshments and lunch on Saturday 5 July 2014 and Sunday 6 July 2014.

Keynote Address and Delegate Papers
The keynote address, ‘Imagining’ Identities: How Musicians Align their Practice with Publics’, will be given by Dr Byron Dueck (Open University).
Papers throughout the weekend will cover a wide-range of folklore, ethnology and ethnomusicology topics representing contemporary research from the Americas, Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The current programme with paper titles can be viewed here.
