A discussion on the University of Aberdeen's Northern Picts project.
Come along to hear about the amazing finds of the University of Aberdeen’s Northern Picts project that hopes to uncover the archaeology of Pictish society in northern Scotland. From the discovery of a major and undocumented Pictish royal centre at Rhynie to the unearthing of a significant portion of a major Pictish silver hoard at Gaulcross, the project has scaled sea cliffs to discover forgotten Pictish forts and centres of power.
