IFSNu Co-Investigator Amy Caughey presented the Inuksiutit project to the audience at the Arctic Science Summit in Edinburgh on 28 March 2024. The poster was drawing quite a bit of attention and Amy spoke with various participants about the importance of country food in the Arctic the effects of climate change on country food and Inuit food sovereignty.
