A second consecutive 'Best Undergraduate Supervisor' Award for Dr May.
Dr Samantha May has won an AUSA and University of Aberdeen Excellence in Teaching Award.
Dr May won in the category for 'Best Undergraduate Supervisor' - for the second year in a row.
There were record numbers of nominations across all of the categories for the Excellence in Teaching Awards for 2019-2020, giving the judging panel a difficult task in deciding the winners.
The announcement of winners had been planned for March but had been delayed by the Coronavirus restrictions.
The PIR department were well represented in the nominations, with Dr Ritu Vij runner up to Dr May in the 'Best Undergraduate Supervisor' category, while Dr Malcolm Harvey was runner up in the 'Mental Health Champion' category.
The full list of winners and nominees can be found here.
Well done to all!
