A reprise of the ever-popular Bring Your Own Brain this time looking at the brains of athletes.

With the Summer Olympics on the horizon, four short neuroscience presentations led by Guy Bewick, Simon Parson, Constanze Hesse and Gernot Riedel from the University of Aberdeen will investigate how important brains can be in an athlete’s preparation, from how the brain keeps them coordinated and is affected by their motion to how success can change our perception of the world and the diseases that rob us of the ability to move.

Free, no booking required.
