Congratulations to Dr Silvia Casini for her forthcoming book chapter, "What Counts as Data and for Whom?: The Role of the Modest Witness in Art-Science Collaboration", in the Routledge Handbook of Art, Science, and Technology Studies.
Dr Casini's chapter opens this edited collection which showcases the work of both scholars and practitioners in the emerging field of Art and Science Studies. The editors hope that The Routledge Handbook of Art, Science, and Technology Studies will be a useful resource that brings together familiar and new authors on a range of ASTS subjects. In addition to the 62 authors who have contributed chapters to the publication, two excellent forwards have alos been composed by sociologist Trevor Pinch and art historian Caroline Jones.
The edited book is due to be published in January 2021, and can be pre-ordered from the below link.
