Page 1 of 3 of a letter from Skinner to the artist David Waterson. He writes: My Dear Watersone I enclose a clipping which I think will amuse you. I have just finished a 3 months North Tour all but one week. We were snowed up on the Highest altitude in Scotland a fierce Blizzard at Tomintoul & Motors from there onto Strathdon & Tarland were impossible. So now we are all home to Aberdeen. My Manager is left with £30 worth of Government Tax Tickets. But we may get this sum refunded. |
