Annual Sci-Art Poster Competition Launched
The 2015 Primary School competition Healthy Soils, Healthy Lives has now been launched. To celebrate the United Nations International Year of Soils 2015 we are inviting Primary School Classes in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray to take part in a competition to show how the soil helps Scottish farms produce the healthy foods that we all enjoy.
The winning class entry will win a Soils Workshop, or resources that support classroom activities and increase pupil's understanding of this valuable resource. The winning class will also hold the prestigious Aberdeen Biodiversity Centre Primary School Shield at their school during 2015.
This poster competition has always attracted high quality entries and we look forward to seeing the creative approaches of pupils in this years posters! The competition flyer and terms and conditions can be downloaded below, and hard copies will be sent to schools in mid-November.
