Come along to Aberdeen City centre to find out what you are missing when you drive around town!
In Town Without My Car Day, is a free drop-in event with a huge amount of organisations showcasing different elements of sustainable travel. The event will take place on Sunday 21st September, on Schoolhill and Belmont Street from 10am - 4pm.
Visit the ABC team and a variety of other wildlife organisations to learn more about the valuable wildlife that you miss by driving around the city. We will be encouraging members of the public to walk or cycle around their local area, giving you a chance to spot the huge variety of wildlife that surrounds us in an urban environment.
Wildlife sightings are incredibly useful to help scientists understand the changes in the environment, and we will be showcasing several ways to contribute to citizen science projects during this event.
Come along to meet the team, find out what you are likely to see in Aberdeen and share with us your favourite urban wildlife stories!
