Public memorial at the King's College Chapel
It has been 50 years since the Zoology building tragedy and the University would like to pay our respects to those who lost their lives in a manner which family and friends of the victims feel is appropriate.
Worship services are currently held every Wednesday during the academic term in King's College Chapel at 17:15. This memorial service will be open to all members of the public as we pay tribute to those who lost their lives 50 years ago.
The service will be taken by University Chaplains Rev David Hutchison and Rev Marylee Anderson along with guests preacher Rev Elspeth McKay, Midmar and Echt Parish Church.
Refreshments will follow in James MacKay Hall.
