Our new building, at the at the heart of the University’s medical campus at Foresterhill in Aberdeen, has unrivalled facilities for human volunteer studies in the field of nutrition.  This includes studies looking at whole diets, individual foods and ingredients, or supplements.  Our facilities are designed to manage both live-in and free living volunteers and our proximity and close linkages with Aberdeen Royal Infirmary extend our capacity to look at clinical aspects of nutrition.
