Join Craig Wilson, owner of Eat on the Green, and nutrition scientist Professor Garry Duthie from the Rowett Institute for an interactive cooking demonstration.  While “The Kilted Chef” prepares traditional Scottish fare with a difference, the audience will be able to quiz our nutrition expert about the food on the menu.
