Food & Drink Shopping in Scotland 2017
How we buy and consume food and drink continues to evolve as does the grocery and out of home markets. This seminar will look at the Scottish Grocery market and examine its composition and trends in terms of channels and retailers as well as looking at the key categories that shoppers buy and what impact this has on their diet. There is also a growing trend for consumers to eat out more and the seminar will also take a look at the Out of Home market in Scotland.
Amanda Brown joined Kantar Worldpanel in September 2015 as its Strategic Insight Director for Scotland and works alongside the Client Services and New Business teams looking after clients and potential clients in Scotland as well as building awareness of KWP with the wider food and drink community north of the border.
