- Having technical issues or can't access the Safe Haven? Contact the Service Desk or MyIT Portal. Remember to copy DaSH in your communication. Please do not send any screenshots or data to Service Desk or to MyIT Portal.
- Need a file released from Safe Haven? Contact DaSH, we typically respond to file release requests within 2-3 business days, depending on the quantity and size of the files. Please do not send any screenshots or data to DaSH.
- Need urgent help with your DaSH project? Our DaSH team is here to assist you. For immediate concerns, please contact DaSH directly. While we aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days, we'll prioritise urgent requests whenever possible.
