Pre-requisites

Available only to candidates for Honours in Ecology, who must have achieved a performance acceptable to the Course Co-ordinator in 120 appropriate credit points at level 3.

Overview

Contact hours:
6 weeks - full-time and 6 weeks half-time of supervised research on an ecological topic during the first half-session.

Assessment

1st Attempt: Thesis (100%).

Resit (for Honours students only): Candidates achieving a CAS mark of 6-8 may be awarded compensatory level 1 credit. Candidates achieving a CAS mark of less than 6 will be required to submit themselves for re-assessment and should contact the Course Co-ordinator for further details.

EK 4002 - ECOLOGY ESSAY

Overview

A review essay on an ecological topic completed under the guidance of a member of staff during the first half-session.

Structure

6 week course half time, one tutorial per week.
